Chapter 2

The Grand Celestial Plan...an Overview

The Grand Celestial Plan has been divinely orchestrated from the highest spiritual levels to bring humans and Mother Earth to new, ascended states of being. It is a plan that has been "in the works" for ages...one that is changing and evolving, just as we all change and evolve. Early on in the history of Earth, it became clear that a unique opportunity existed here...the chance to play out an extraordinary range of diverse experiences at all levels of vibration...all the way down to the level of physical manifestation. Our physical world has evolved with vast levels of diversity of rock and mineral structure, plant life and forms of animals rarely experienced on other planets in this universe. It was also identified that some unique possibilities existed here for a very broad, diversified range of human experiences to be manifested.

With the opportunity for such a broad range of human experience to be played out, very early on in the evolution of Earth, our planet was established as a "human laboratory." Since then, the greatest range of human experience has been produced here...from the most sublime to the most horrific. As all this unfolded, one of the greatest of human challenges was created here...to play out the theme of free will to the highest degree! Over time, the rest of the universe has been watching and waiting to see what happens here. In a sense, as God's ultimate "free-will test zone," what we have been able to learn on Earth about free will has had far reaching impacts around the universe. As a part of this free-will learning program, achieving some critical level of mastery here will trigger an avalanche effect, stimulating a return to Source for vast regions of our universe. Via our Earth's experience, this triggering would create completion for our current phase of the human consciousness experience. Basically, our experimental planetary experience now represents the last holdout in an elaborate celestial process. So, as Earth humanity learns and grows to a critical degree and as Gaia clears, heals and ascends to a higher vibrational state, eventually we'll all begin the process of returning home to Source!

So, how could we best describe the "big picture" about Earth's transition and its impact on our solar system, our galaxy and beyond? During a meditation, we received a beautiful image of what is happening now. Imagine that you are looking down at a smooth pond and you drop a pebble into it. You will notice that the rippling waves created by the pebble hitting the water eventually diminish in height as they radiate outward. Now imagine the reverse, where you drop the pebble in and the ripples would increase in height as they move outward. So, as we transform ourselves into the new human species and as Gaia makes her transition into a higher vibrational state of being, imagine that it will trigger an "ascension wave." This expanding wave, ever-increasing in magnitude, will propagate outward to influence our solar system, our galaxy and the universe! Just as we think we are "returning home" - imagine the entire universe returning home to Source.

With this Grand Celestial Plan as a context for our work, we have learned about the phases of this transformation that we will be going through and the "cast of characters" involved in the process. In brief, we have already described how Mother Earth and humans are evolving into their ascended states. These ascended states for Earth and humans will be quite different...having vastly different energetic vibration levels and dramatically different experiential qualities to them. We have begun to use the name Shangri-la Gaia to describe this next vibrational level of Mother Earth's unfolding experience...a kind of "Heaven on a new Earth."

Now, imagine that many dedicated humans on the planet at this time have chosen to take on the challenging task of creating the leading edge for the emergence of the new human species. These souls, now in physical body, have chosen to "climb the spiritual mountain" to become the first new, higher vibrational humans on Shangri-la Gaia. We like to refer to these courageous beings as "colonists"...in a sense, taking on the role of first inhabitants in the new vibrational Gaia space!

A non-physical, etheric "Bridge of Light" between our third-dimensional Earth and the higher vibrational Shangri-la Gaia is being built to serve as the trail up the spiritual mountain to assist the colonists in their ascent. It has been designed to serve as the easiest path to use to get to the top.

As this celestial plan has historically unfolded, tremendous levels of loving support from the Angels, Ascended Masters and other celestial beings have been ongoingly available. Lately, there have been three distinct phases of development for humanity: (1) starting with a phase of finally acknowledging humanity's extraordinary co-dependency on the celestial realms, (2) then into a more recent one of building self-empowerment for humans, (3) leading to the current phase of the process. In this latest phase, humans are beginning to step into their own divine power and are entering into a more healthy, cooperative, interdependent relationship with the celestial realms.

Over time, we have been profoundly guided, encouraged, stimulated and prodded as a human species to "leave the nest" and take responsibility for ourselves in order to reach our ascended state. As our learning and growing as a species advanced, we moved into the second phase, a period of intensive human self-empowerment. And it may be of no surprise to learn that during that time, the supportive beings from the celestial realms gently began relaxing their direct involvement with us...very much like parents pulling back to allow the child more freedom. This phase was all designed to encourage us to finally "own our earthly experience" and outgrow our self-imposed limitations. We must learn that we can develop mastery, evolve beyond this third dimensional plane...realizing that we are all divine beings with the inherent ability to co-create Heaven on Earth! Most humans are still experiencing the earlier phases of our evolutionary process, while some are advancing on the leading edge...moving excitedly into the phase of building more conscious interdependency with the divine realms around us.

Using the metaphor of "climbing a mountain"...so far, our human ascension activities have focused on building a "base camp" to be used as the staging and training area for the "climb." The base camp is by no means complete...there's much more work to be done. However, dedicated Lightworkers have been attracted to the base camp for some time and are beginning to assemble in greater and greater numbers as the planetary transformation process advances. More about Lightworkers a little later on.

An important lesson that we have learned is that most of the generally understood aspects of personal spiritual preparation simply gets you to the base camp. Once you are there, the real training and preparation for the ascent begin. It appears that our efforts on spiritual preparation, namely the clearing and healing of our etheric energy structure and the physical body, simply "cleans the canvas." Each of us can then begin to paint a new ascension picture! Then we can all begin to manifest the final phases of energetic activations and training needed to actually make the spiritual climb to the ascended (higher vibrational) state.

As mentioned earlier, the manifested aspects of our human/global ascension plan have been developing for years... through the efforts of an ever-increasingly aware humanity, the evolution of Gaia at the planetary level and the tremendous support from every level of the celestial realms. So, our Grand Celestial Plan right now could be best described metaphorically as an unpopped kernel of corn almost ready to pop! The current state (the kernel) still looks nothing at all like the final form (the popcorn). But there's plenty of oil at a hot enough temperature and all that's needed is a little more shaking and a little more patience. In a sense, the ascended state of Shangri-la Gaia and the new human species already etherically exist. It's simply a matter of manifesting them into physical reality...actually creating the Heaven on Earth that we all know is just around the corner!
