And now on to the wonderful news this month about the refinement and expansion of the energy work of the Institute! Over the last few months, the energies of Maitreya and the Masters have been very strongly guiding us to dramatically expand our perspective on the Empowerment Ray, to add a new highly focused activation modality called the Activation Ray via Ascended Master Sananda and to announce the introduction of a new healing connection from Ascended Master Buddha to be called the Healing Ray! This rather bold expansion for the Institute at this time creates a sense of completion for the structure of the Ray modalities...they now form a comprehensive pattern of etheric energy support work for personal spiritual transformation. EXPANSION OF THE LIGHTARIAN MODALITIES (PART 1) - NEW PERSPECTIVES ON THE EMPOWERMENT RAY!

We are being guided to expand our perspective on the Empowerment Ray! The time has come to recognize it for what it has been all along...a very broad form of energy infusion from Maitreya designed to spiritually awaken humanity and to stimulate our global ascension process. Here is an excerpt from our new description of the Empowerment Ray on our website:

As part of the Empowerment Ray process, a unique relationship is established between you and Maitreya, as he steps forward to assist you with the orchestration of your unfolding spiritual transformation! Following the attunement for the E-Ray, Maitreya begins to interact "in the background" with all levels of your energies to accelerate your spiritual awakening process in a manner most appropriate for you. Aspects of your energies that have been dormant will be activated, your sense of personal power will be stimulated and an expansion of your spiritual knowing will be launched. For existing E-Ra y Teachers- There will be a new expanded E-Ray Manual available in early February...it will be a dramatically improved and upgraded manual for your immediate use. We recommend that existing teachers purchase a copy of the new manual. This new E-Ray manual will provide new insights about Maitreya's role in the planetary ascension process and a better understanding that his support is not limited to "activation work for personal processing" (as we had previous been characterizing it). At this time, we are learning that Maitreya has always been supporting us very broadly! So, we are simply being guided to expand our sense of his participation and to share this expanded view via the new manual. Existing E-Ray Teachers will not need any further attunement with Maitreya...as you know, our operating basis is "Once attuned, always attuned", so there's no need for further training or attuning in order to benefit more broadly from Maitreya's support. We need only shift our perspective and that's what we are doing now, based on guidance coming in over the last few months!

For those of you who have not yet received the E-Ray, we encourage you to consider experiencing this wonderful broad-based attunement with Maitreya. We are now recommending that the E-Ray be the first of the Lightarian work that individuals should consider taking - unless, of course, one is guided to do otherwise. EXPANSION OF THE LIGHTARIAN MODALITIES (PART 2) - THE NEW ACTIVATION RAY COMING IN!

As we have been guided to "elevate" the Empowerment Ray to a broader, higher energetic place within the structure of the Lightarian Rays, we have also been guided to anchor in the energies of Ascended Master Sananda in the form of a new ray called the Activation Ray. Sananda's focus (in a more specialized way) will be strictly on activation work...all in the context of supporting personal energetic development for the recipient. The Activation Ray is a totally new modality....it will have its own manual, training and new attunement. This new attunement from Sananda will focus more deeply on personal activation and will, in perhaps a more understandable way, fit into the Ascended Masters' vibration band for the support of clearing, healing, activation and manifestation along with El Morya (with the Clearing Ray and Lightarian Clearing), Buddha (currently via Lightarian Reiki) and St. Germain (for the Manifestation Ray).

EXPANSION OF THE LIGHTARIAN MODALITIES (PART 3) - THE HEALING RAY IS READY TO BE INTRODUCED!

For some time now, we have been strongly sensing from Maitreya and Ascended Master Buddha that it was time to introduce a simple, healing connection for individuals to make with Buddha, comparable to how connections are made with El Morya for clearing support and St. Germain for manifestation work. The building of this vision for a simple form of healing work has strengthened over the last few months and, as part of the other expansive changes described above, we are moving ahead with the announcement of the Lightarian Healing Ray. It will be available during February and will be a simple, single-attunement modality (much like the C-Ray and M-Ray) from Ascended Master Buddha to focus on making a simple, direct healing connection for recipients. The Healing Ray will be available for clients as a single attunement and will have a one-session training program for students - with no prerequisites. The Healing Ray is already mentioned on our website as a new modality "coming soon!" More details about the Healing Ray will be available in another Newsletter within the next few weeks.

Healing - the Second Phase of Personal Spiritual Development

In our last Article, we shared our perspective on the four basic aspects of personal spiritual development that must be unfolding, to one degree or another, for each of us...the processes are clearing, healing, activation work and manifestation...and then focused on the topic of Etherically Clearing the Way for 2001. We see etheric clearing work as one of the "foundational aspects" of spiritual evolution, contributing dramatically to your ability to heal! Although the actual process of "healing" can be very complex, we have learned, in general, that a few simple, fundamental principles are usually operative when it comes to accomplishing true healing within your subtle bodies and the physical body as well.

Healing is simply a word we use to describe the process of change and transmutation from one condition, generally an undesired one, into another condition, which has more desirable qualities such as love, vitality, physical health, emotional well-being and the like. Applying this idea broadly, healing can be accomplished in relationships, at the office, within the mental and emotional etheric bodies, within the physical body, by peoples in a country and within your etheric soul group. In a sense, healing is a return to a state of balance and wholeness within any energetic structure that had previously been experiencing some level of stress, discomfort, debilitation or dis-ease.

We have long understood that the state of "being healed" is simply one of "being in a natural balance" within one’s self, with others and the environment around you. Regarding personal healing, as you become more clear within your etheric fields, a natural, holistic healing process begins at all levels, including within the physical body. We all know that every level of our physical and subtle bodies absolutely knows how to return to balance through this natural healing process. This is accomplished through the inner wisdom that is always operating beyond conscious awareness. So, in a sense, healing is a natural result of the effective clearing of our adverse, undesired patterns and experiences that have been the sources of our "stresses, discomforts, debilitation and dis-eases" in the first place!

In addition to this ability of your subtle and physical body energies to naturally heal themselves (when left free to do so), a stimulation of the healing process can be achieved through the use of remedial activities and healing modalities, such as Reiki, cranial-sacral, massage therapy, self-hypnosis and various forms of etheric clearing work. Seek appropriate energy work from trained and experienced practitioners in order to enhance and accelerate this natural healing process...and always use discernment as you select the type of work and the specific energy worker with whom you resonate most effectively.
