Dear Lightarian Teacher/Practitioner,
Our move back to Sedona in January has propelled us to some new levels of work with the
Celestial Masters. Our connections with them have deepened and expanded and we are now
ready to make some exciting announcements about our organizational structure and one of
our new programs. But first we felt that a review would be appropriate...sort of like a
little recap of some "old business" before we present some "new business.
Here is an outline of our topics for Newsletter #7:

A BRIEF REVIEW OF THE LIGHTARIAN RAYS - FIVE ATTUNEMENTS WITH THE MASTERS TO
ACCELERATE YOUR SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
Since the Fall of last year, we've had a tremendous surge of energies from the Masters
to refine and expand the Lightarian Rays to their current level of five attunements...all
to support the basic processes of self-empowerment, clearing, healing, activation and
manifestation. In our Newsletters we've provided details every step of the way during this
six month period of rapid change. We feel that a little recap is appropriate, by simply
saying that these five attunements...the Empowerment Ray, Clearing Ray, Healing Ray,
Activation Ray and Manifestation Ray...now represent a complete progression of etheric
energy work to support the spiritual process for the individual. At this time, we feel
that receiving these five attunements provides the most powerful and effective celestial
support from the Masters that an individual may require to facilitate his/her spiritual
movement.
Each Ray stands alone as a valuable contributor toward spiritual growth and can be
taken separately, in any order and, of course, not all five need be taken. However, as
mentioned in our earlier information on the Rays, we are now recommending that all the
Rays be taken in the sequence of E-, C-, H-, A- and M-Ray...unless, of course, the client
or student is strongly guided to do otherwise.
Please keep this new perspective in mind as you work with your clients and students.
And, if you are inspired to continue on with taking more of the Rays to advance your
personal spiritual process, please contact your Lightarian Teacher or the Institute
directly to set up your next session.

THE CENTER FOR CELESTIAL CONNECTIONS
Many of you have already seen the name Center for Celestial Connections in print in our
book New Humans, New Earth or have heard us mention it during personal
conversations. It's time to more formally announce that the Center is the parent
non-profit organization for the Lightarian Institute and, in a sense, has been serving in
the background as the foundation for the Lightarian Institute and our work in very general
terms. The Center is now stepping forward as the "umbrella organization" for the
Institute and for other branches of our work that are being brought forth now and in the
new future. Going beyond the work solely of the Institute, the first new program being
co-launched under the auspices of the Center and the Institute is a series of weekend
workshops here in Sedona called Celestial Weekends! We are pleased and excited to share
more about this new program below.

NEW SERIES OF WORKSHOPS IN SEDONA...STARTING THE WEEKEND OF APRIL 28/29TH
We've been inspired to begin a series of Sedona-based workshops and wanted to share
some information with you about our first event...a celestial weekend called
"Seven Leaps Toward Heaven." Some say Heaven is here right now. Some
say it's on its way. The Heaven we speak about is a combination of the personal Heaven for
you to build for yourself in your day-to-day life and the Heaven on Earth that is
unfolding for us all on a global scale. This workshop will propel you toward the
realization of both Heavens in your life!
This weekend is about deepening your commitment to....
* Expanding your understanding of who you are and energetically
"what" you are!
Saturday morning: Leap #1 - Learn more about your "connection to
Source" and get some fresh, new insights about yourself as an etheric energy system
of chakras and subtle bodies. Get especially clear about how we create our patterns for
self-programming and belief structures, and how we generate our mental, emotional and
physical experiences. With this broader understanding, you can more effectively
self-support your personal spiritual development. Ascended Master Serapis Bey will support
this segment of the weekend.
* Awakening to your personal spiritual power and getting clearer about why you
are here during these exciting, transformational times!
Saturday afternoon: Leap #2 - Build greater awareness about the unfolding process for
personal and planetary spiritual development. There will be an emphasis on developing your
self-empowerment, especially as you prepare to be of higher service in the Light in the
coming times. Ascension Master Maitreya, Ascended Master Sananda and the energies of Gaia
will participate here.
* Personal preparation for spiritual development through the principles of
clearing, healing, activation and manifestation!
Sunday morning into afternoon: Leaps #3, 4, 5 and 6 - In addition to providing a clear
and simple foundation for your etheric spiritual processing, we'll offer a special focus
on tending to the physical body as a "vehicle for carrying more Light." This
"tending" process is a vital part of spiritual transformation and is often
misunderstood or ignored. Ascended Masters El Morya, Buddha, Sananda and St. Germain will
assist for this portion of the workshop.
* Connecting more fully with your Higher Self and beyond!
Balance of Sunday afternoon: Leap #7 - The final leap, through advanced meditative
techniques, will allow you to better connect with your Higher Self energies and then
stretch beyond that level, with Maitreya serving as your special meditation guide. This
process will be a powerful closing celebration for the weekend.
The Seven Leaps workshop is a two-day intensive program for an
individual, like yourself as a Lightarian Teacher, who has had some previous experience
with the Lightarian energies. Christopher will be leading the workshop and it will be
conducted in the "space of the Maitreya energies" with other celestial energies
invited in to support the process. This will be advanced, highly energetic work in an
interactive workshop mode for two solid days, with plenty of time devoted to answering
your questions, group sharing and guided meditations. Another workshop to be offered soon
for the general public with no prerequisites is entitled "Seven Steps Toward
Heaven." So, if you'd like to attend this advanced workshop, come prepared on April
28th to take "leaps" not just "steps" along your spiritual path.
Prerequisites for attending the workshop are having already received
attunements (either as a client or student) for the following Lightarian Institute energy
work: [1] The Empowerment Ray, [2] The Clearing Ray or Lightarian Clearing - Level 1 and
[3] The Healing Ray or Lightarian Reiki I&II. Also, we strongly recommend that you
read the book NEW HUMANS, NEW EARTH....The Grand Celestial Plan for Personal and Planetary
Transformation by Christopher and Jeannine Marie Jelm in order to prepare for the weekend.

DATE/TIME: Saturday, April 28th and Sunday, April 29th, 2001 - starting at 9 am each
day and continuing late into the afternoon.
LOCATION: Beautiful Sedona, Arizona, USA with its red rocks and energy vortexes. The
workshop will be held at the new Sedona Creative Life Center, nestled in 15 beautiful,
secluded acres just a few minutes from the heart of town. Think about spending more than

SIZE OF GROUP: This will be an intimate, intensive weekend with no more than 8 to 10

Lightarian energy work will be leading the workshop.
