Hello to all...
The pace of personal change and transformation for all of us continues to
accelerate...and change is also on the way for the Lightarian Institute! In this
Newsletter you will learn about a number of changes taking place for the Institute as we
acknowledge our fifth anniversary. Yes, the Institute was started back in the fall of 1997
with the introduction of Lightarian Reiki. Since then, we have brought forth the five
Lightarian Rays, the SourceLink and the five AngelLinks to round out our programs for
working with the Masters and Angels.
The last five years have been exciting and rewarding as we have watched the Lightarian
energies being shared by so many Teachers and Facilitators with their clients, students
and recipients around the globe. And there are now about 800 Lightarian
Teacher/Facilitators registered with the Institute in the following 25 countries around
the planet...ARGENTINA, AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BRAZIL, CANADA, CYPRUS, DENMARK,
ENGLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, INDONESIA, ISRAEL, ITALY, JAPAN, MALAYSIA, NETHERLANDS, NEW
ZEALAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SCOTLAND, SOUTH AFRICA, SWITZERLAND, USA and WEST MALAYSIA..
We commend you all for your commitment to your spiritual process and thank you for
sharing the Lightarian energies...all to assist in the extraordinary spiritual
transformation taking place now for humanity and Gaia!

ANNOUNCEMENTS....
* The Institute will be establishing a new, permanent postal mailing address
and e-mail address. The transformative energies of Sedona have been
supporting us and the Institute since January 2001...it has been a time of wonderful
spiritual growth and personal development for us...and we feel now that our time here in
Sedona is complete. We have been guided to "be of service" in a new area...to a
somewhat larger town in southeastern Arizona named Sierra Vista. It is a beautiful area
with three mountain ranges and wide open spaces. We have also been feeling that we may be
called "to be of service" in other areas and may be moving our physical
residence from time to time. Because of this, we have created a permanent address for
postal mailing purposes and a permanent e-mail address that will not be affected by any
future moves. We will be sending out brief email notices over the next week or two. We
will provide complete details about these new numbers and addresses and how our procedures
will be changing for routine communications, submission of registrations and sending in
orders for manuals and booklets.
* The Lightarian Perspectives are now being sent out in a separate email
distribution. When first introduced a few months ago, the Lightarian
Perspectives were included as a part of our periodic Newsletters to teacher/facilitators,
students, clients and friends. Well, the Perspectives have been wonderfully received and
are now being sent out separately as the pace of new information warrants it. If you are
receiving this Newsletter, then you are on the distribution list for the Perspectives and
will receive them automatically. No need to send in a separate request to receive them..
* A few of you have asked..."On the Lightarian website, where's the
Directory?" Over the last few weeks, we have been motivated to
rearranged the side menu on our website...making it more compact and visitor-friendly. We
now have a side-menu click-on marked "Attunements" which takes you to a webpage
which summarizes the various Lightarian modalities. On that page, we have re-located our
Directory for Lightarian Teacher/Facilitators, so that someone browsing the site will
first read about our various forms of energy work and then find the Directory right there.
* We are pleased to announce the addition of two new Licensees
to our roster of dedicated Lightarian Teachers and Facilitators who are translating
and distributing our manuals and booklets in many countries around the globe . We welcome
Yuko Okamoto and Yukio Miura of the Y&Y Healing Center in Otsu-Shi, Shiga-Ken, JAPAN
and Moshe Zamurovich in Bucharest, ROMANIA. They join with our six other existing
Licensees...Isabelle Faith in Canada, Judy Granit in Israel, Keith McFarlane in South
Africa, Martin Nienberg in Germany, Elise Prevot in France and John van Eekelen in the
Netherlands. We thank all of our current and new Licensees for their ungoing commitments
to sharing the Lightarian work by making our training materials available in other

* In the next week or so, we will begin sending out an e-mail "Welcoming
Letter" to all first-time registrants with the Institute. The letter
will summarize the various activities of the Institute and outline the benefits of being
registered with us. Initially, we will email this new letter to everyone, so that even our
veteran teacher/facilitators will see it...so you'll know what your students and
recipients will be receiving when you first register them.
LIGHTARIAN Q&A...
Q: Over the last few months a few
Lightarian teachers around the globe have asked similar questions about the nature of
spiritual evolution at the group energy level of "country." Here's a general
answer to their collective questions.
A: From our perspective, the various countries around the
world all carry their particular and obvious human physical history. Likewise, they also
have their "collective group energy" etheric history and their "in the
moment" etheric gameplan playing out. All of these national "group
energies" are at various stages of their collective spiritual development as they
work through the five phases of spiritual process....just like individual humans...based
on the principles of the Lightarian Rays. The Rays are organized for attuning individuals,
but the principles behind the Rays apply to larger group energies too. So, it seems to us
that each country on Earth is going through its particular evolutionary patterns regarding
empowerment, clearing, healing, activation and manifestation.
It's all unfolding according to divine plan, based on the collective rate of spiritual
development that can be manifested in each country. Actually, we all have a long way to go
regarding the lifting of consciousness at the level of "country." Again from our
Lightarian perspective, many individuals all over the planet are really moving ahead
vibrationally, but the collective aspects within even the most spiritual advanced
countries still need plenty of support.
Q: Since I have been giving the
Lightarian attunements, I always saw the energies approaching from the outside to take
part in the attunement. A few days ago it started that all the energies (masters,
archangels etc.) are now coming from inside of me. They are stepping out of me and laying
their hands on both of my shoulders (not only the right hand on the left shoulder as
typically done during the attunement). At the end of each attunement they are
"going" back inside of me. Interesting isn't it. What are your experiences in
this matter?
A: Thanks for sharing about these wonderful attunement
experiences you are having just lately. We (Jeannine and Christopher) have long known and
experienced personally that these Lightarian energy connections eventually anchor in, so
that the recipient begins to experience him/herself as the energies...rather than having
them approach from the "outside." We don't talk about this very much, but it is
a reality about how we are integrating the attunement energies into our personal energy
fields.
Also, keep in mind that during attunements, the experiences that teachers have
(regarding visuals, energy flows, perceptions, etc) are usually orchestrated primarily for
the recipient (where the teacher can then share the useful experience with the
client/student). However, these attunement experiences can also provide the teacher with
some needed experience. It feels like the dramatic visions you are having are designed to
let you know that the process of deeply integrating the energies of the Masters and the
Angels (involved in the Lightarian work) has been taking place. Also, do not be upset if
your experiences change into something else...once you "have gotten the message"
about these energies anchoring in.
Q: How do you define the difference
between Spirit & Soul?
A: We use the term "spirit" to described just
about any non-physical form of conscious, aware energy (usually called a
"being") that is operating etherically beyond this physical plane. This
certainly includes all levels of the Angelic Realms and the Celestial Masters...and
reaches vibrationally down to extraterrestrials and human astral energies. If "the
being" is aware and conscious then to us that's "spirit."
Soul is very different from our perspective...usually related to the lower vibrational
aspects of only "human consciousness." So, it includes the "close in"
levels of our Earth human energies and also extends to our understanding of
extraterrestrials. You can also check the definition for "Soul" in our Glossary
at the back of any of your Lightarian manuals. Also, read over the related definitions for
Multi-dimensional Self, Spiritual Lineage, Oversoul, Higher Self, etc.
