Hello to all...
On the eve of possible US military action against Iraq, many of you may be
asking..."Where is the Light on this planet?"..."Are we getting the job
done in support of the spiritual transformation of humanity and Gaia?" As challenging
as these times may be, our perspective is that the job of personal and planetary
transformation is definitely moving forward, but it just isn't unfolding in ways that most
of us would consider full of joy and Light.
This is simply the time for each of us to strengthen our resolve and dedication to our
respective forms of transformational work. We have often mentioned that our picture for
the coming times involves the principle of "the Light getting lighter while the 'less
than Light' drop even lower in vibration." Via an excerpt from New Humans, New Earth,
we offer you more about this idea in the section below.
This is also simply a time for you to hold your focus in the Light while becoming more
the observer of the unfolding planetary transformational drama. Holding your focus of
unconditional love and non-judgment for all parties in the unfolding drama may be a
difficult task right now...but it is the job that we have come to do. To carry our Light
and share our Light on Earth in the current and coming times will require this commitment
to being the loving participant in life's drama (in whatever ways you are inspired to
partake) while elevating yourself to be that unconditionally-loving, non-judgmental
observer.
As the global energies lift in vibration and strengthen in magnitude via the planetary
ascension process, the challenges of being a Lightworker will also begin to accelerate.
So, we encourage you to hold and share your Light as you continue to anchor in more of
your Higher-Self energies in the cause of the global/human ascension process that is
taking place!

ANNOUNCEMENTS....
* What's going on right now...an excerpt from our book "New Humans, New
Earth" When we published our book a few years ago, we included many
ideas about the current and coming times that seem to be playing out. We see the ongoing
development of terrorist activities and the unfolding potential military action in Iraq as
dramatic examples of the principle of the Light getting lighter while the "less than
Light" becomes more deeply entrenched in its shadow experience. Here is an excerpt
from Chapter 6 of our book which provides a little background about this principle.
...with all these changes happening around us, many of us will be moved to lift our
vibrations, while others will remain stuck and "fall behind." We will be
challenged at our deepest "inner levels" and those who fall behind will find
themselves energetically out-of-sync with Gaia, resulting in further stresses on their
etheric energy structure. Under these kinds of etheric stresses, the "shadow
side" of human behavior may well be dramatically triggered and exposed.
The major focus for humans will not be about "coping with" outer changes,
such as day-to-day life regarding family, relationships, work, economic and political
disruptions, or even the long-predicted major physical Earth changes. Rather, the process
will shift dominantly to stimulating humans to focus, more intensely than ever before, on
their inner-planes challenges - namely, dealing with their own "stuff."
At first, the effects of this shift will take the form of exaggerated outer
expressions of emotions, especially resentment and anger. The general level of
confrontation, intolerance, fighting, and war-like behavior may increase. More so than
ever before, "man's inhumanity to man" may manifest in many areas around the
world. Eventually, for those out-of-sync with the transformation process, there will be a
turning inward of negative energies, leading to greater levels of inner turmoil, dis-ease
and perhaps even transition from this plane.
Fundamentally, this shift of energetic focus for humans, this turning inward, will
represent the ultimate "wake-up call" for humanity. During these most
challenging of times, humans will have the opportunity to "self-select" and make
their choices about moving to the Light or staying in their "shadow"
experiences.
From our last few issues of the Lightarian Perspectives you may recall that we see the
transformation for humanity unfolding as definite phases of spiritual process...just as
"personal" spiritual development moves through the phases of empowerment,
clearing, healing, activation and manifestation. As most of you know, this five-phase

From our perspective, we sense that the current global situation represents a major
advancement of the "empowerment phase" for humanity. We see the United States
working through and learning from issues regarding the appropriate use of power. Other
countries seem to be manifesting enhanced levels of self-empowerment as they reject the US
inducements to join the potential conflict with Iraq, despite possible recriminations from
the US.
We encourage you to witness the global drama through the lens of the "empowerment
phase" in order to better understand the background driving force for the process and
the potential lessons to be learned.
* The Institute takes another step in simplifying its registration
procedures...this time for the SourceLink. Effective immediately, for
SourceLink recipients who are already registered with the Institute for the Lightarian
Rays, the filling out of the Registration Form at the back of the SourceLink Booklet will
not be required. Just send us the details for the SourceLink registration (recipient's
name, date and your name) via email, fax or regular mail. However, if the SourceLink
recipient is not yet registered for any modality with the Institute, then the fully
completed and signed Registration Form will be required.
* Also about registrations....when sending in information by email
In order to avoid errors and to minimize the complexity of some aspects of
our registration administrative work, we ask that you send us your registrations in a
separate email message which does not include any other comments, questions or requests.
This will make it cleaner for us to handle the registration work while not missing any
other important communications from you. Thanks for your cooperation!
* With all the challenges surrounding us, we close with 20 supportive tips from
the Dalai Lama called "Instructions for Life in the new Millennium"....
1. Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
2. When you lose, don't lose the lesson.
3. Follow the three R's: Respect for self, respect for others, responsibility for all
your actions.
4. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.
5. Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly.
6. Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship.
7. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
8. Spend some time alone everyday.
9. Open your arms to change, but don't let go of your values.
10. Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.
11. Live a good, honorable life. Then, when you get older and think back, you'll be
able to enjoy it a second time.
12. A loving atmosphere in your home is the foundation for your life.
13. In disagreements with loved ones, deal only with the current situation.
14. Don't bring up the past.
15. Share your knowledge. It's a way to achieve immortality.
16. Be gentle with the earth.
17. Once a year, go someplace you've never been before.
18. Remember that the best relationship is one in which your love for each other
exceeds your need for each other.
19. Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
20. Approach love and cooking with reckless abandon.
