Dear Fellow Lightarians,

Wow! The Lightarian contributors have done it again!

The theme this issue is about physical shifts and realities of all kinds.  Experience savoring physicality through divine baking (and I do mean divine!) to exploring our physical expressions, to assisting Gaia in her own physical incarnational experience.  Also rejoice in the meditation that Ascended Master Buddha gifts to us while we work with Vivienne Kueck's chosen stone.  And finally explore how energy communications enter into the physical reality.  Are you empathic or a channel? Or both? And how do you manage these gifts?

Also, we are introducing Sharron Brooks as our Featured Licensee from Australia and New Zealand.  Keep reading!

As always, it is with deep appreciation and joy that I share the following with you.

In Light,

Peggy Zeramby

Channeling: Empathic vs. Channeling

by Peggy Zeramby

What is the difference between being empathic and a channel?  Is there any difference? Yes, there is a clear difference and yet many that are empathic also channel.  How do we use these gifts and skills in a way that best serves us and those around us?  First let us explore what each entails.

Empaths are people who absorb information directly from their environment or from another person.  They are "tuned in" to the energetic/physical incarnational experience using their intuitive abilities.  Channels open a dialogue with another realm and receive communications using their skills as a clairaudient, clairvoyant, or clairsentient or in combination.

Absorbing information by scanning the room or those that one is around can be used in a very positive way or it can be extremely draining on the Empaths.  Many times Empaths find themselves drained because they are "taking in" someone else's thoughts or even physical ailments vibrationally and that vibration starts to effect the Empaths' physical bodies.  Many times Empaths feel that they are only able to go out into large crowds for short amounts of time as a result of not knowing how to turn on and off the empathic ability. In a positive way, Empaths are able to discern if an environment is safe or if those with whom they are interacting have clear intent.  As you can see, sometimes the motivations of Empaths are anchored into fear and safety.

Channels open themselves up to receive information from another realm using their skills as a clairaudient, clairvoyant, or clairsentient.   In classes that I teach, I stress the importance of discernment and choosing to communicate only with higher vibrational beings that honor and love us unconditionally.  Clairaudients are able to hear messages directly, clairvoyants see images, and clairsentients are able to "feel" the messages.  Empaths, if deciding to channel, would be natural clairsentients.  Similar to those who utilize Empathic abilities, Channels experience both positive and negative aspects when using their gifts.  With Channeling, the Channels must have a strong sense of discernment or strong intent on working only with high vibrational beings.  If this intent is strong, then channeling can be an enjoyable aspect of the work that we experience as Lightarians.

Through the years, my suggestions to those that are Empathic is to exercise their "free will muscle".  To choose to not scan the room.  To use the intention that "all is safe in my world" and decide to temporarily turn off the empathic nature.  By doing so, the muscle is strengthened.  Once this ability is learned, life can turn from being draining to truly being very enjoyable for Empaths.  Choosing when to accept information empathically is an empowering process. It is the same for Channeling.  As mentioned before, Empaths are natural at developing their clairsentient abilities.  When channeling, Empaths are able to allow the High Vibrational Being to highlight on their own bodies where their clients might need additional assistance.  This is done in a way that does not drain the Empaths because the energy is from a different source and vibration.  It is an amazing process to walk through and learn how to use our natural gifts.

My fellow Empaths and Channels, may we go forth and work with our gifts and increase our skills so that our lives are enjoyable, serving, and love-filled.

Many blessings in the LIGHT,

Peggy Zeramby

Meditation:

(Meditation Channeled by Peggy Zeramby as a gift from Ascended Master Buddha)

Take one Quartz - Lepidocrosite and place it onto your heart chakra.

Breathe deeply and allow the oxygen to infuse into all of your cells throughout your entire body...reaching all parts of your upper body, spreading up into your head, expanding out to the finger tips and then also all the way down to your toes.

Feel the Quartz - Lepidocrosite ignite with the unconditional love of the Reiki energy.  Notice how it is connecting with each of your chakras through your heart center.  Feel the oxygen assisting the Reiki energy to cleanse each cell.  Stay in this state until you feel it is time to move onto the next step.

Now visualize your being releasing any emotions that no longer are an energetic match for this new state of awareness.  Allow the Quartz - Lepidocrosite to serve you by taking for you all that does not serve.  Continue to breathe deeply allowing Ascended Master Buddha to assist you at any point along the away where you might need some help.

Once the meditation is complete, take your beautiful stone and ensure that you cleanse it, nurturing it as it has nurtured you.

Many blessings in the LIGHT.

The Power of Intent:  Physical Expressions
by Jodi A. Zeramby

Like point of view, perspective, truth, beauty, love, reality, struggle, and heartbreak, grief is very personal.  Sure, we can all empathize.  Many have experienced grief in some form, particularly adults.  Grief taps into our vulnerability, our fear of being alone—of being abandoned by those we love.  We rely on these loved ones for support in so many ways.  And then they are gone. Most people understand sorrow, the emotions evoked.  We can watch a movie, read literature, listen to a song, and have the emotions of grief, sorrow, and loss touch us.  We acknowledge on some level that we do not want to be left alone, abandoned, or unsupported by a loved one.

I was very close to my Nana. She had hidden her sickness for what must have been many months.  But a day came when she could no longer push down her pain.  It was at that point that she asked me to help settle her affairs.  Her health deteriorated quickly thereafter.  She died nine days later.

I remember while attending to her in ICU, she looked into my eyes.  Her chin wobbled as she said in a small voice, “I’m scared.”  What could I say to a woman who had attended church daily for so many years?  How could I comfort my 75-year wizened grandmother who laughed at everything, even while living a horribly challenging life?  If she was uncertain of what would happen to her when she died, who was I to assure her that she would be at peace—free from this life’s burdens, with all its heartaches, disappointments, and pain?  Placating her with words neither of us would believe seemed demeaning, so I held her hand tightly, smiled into her eyes, and told her I loved her.

That moment has remained with me.  I was not ready to deliver platitudes, even knowing that it was time to let her to go.  On all levels—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically—she suffered.  Nonetheless, she was scared, and I was heartsick.  Why? Why are mortals so very afraid of their mortality?  Moreover, why do those left behind feel so bereft? We know that everyone must die at some point, so why do we fear it when Death comes knocking?

Now, I’m not saying that I do not fear death.  Having stared death in the face a few times, I can say definitively that I have no desire to leave this plane of existence anytime soon.  However, when Death is staring me in the face, when I have no option but to accept His terms, I hope that I will be able to stare unflinchingly.  I hope that I will harbor no regrets for perceived failures, no fears for my soul’s future, and no pain during the transition.  I have stared at imminent death with anger, with pain, with confusion, and with resolution—I aim to stare at death with peace.

The people left behind to grieve are the ones who must make sense of death.  Still, we must do more than wail the loss.  Yes, grieving is natural, and in a psychological sense, needed in order to move on.  The loss of a loved one forces us to re-evaluate our own lives.  For example, we can no longer support and be supported by that person.  We can no longer interact.  We can no longer express love in the same way.  We miss being wrapped in a blanket of love by that person.  We miss that person’s energy. We miss that certain scent and distinctive voice, and we miss that person’s essence.

When the energetic connection is severed by death, life’s energetic web shifts with the omission of that life force, even as other lives are added to the web.  Edna St. Vincent Millay said, “Where you used to be, there is a hole in the world which I find myself constantly walking around in the daytime, and falling into at night.  I miss you like hell.”  And so it goes with such a loss—circling the memories, circling the loss, circling and falling into the emotions.  It is easy to be overwhelmed.  Dickinson’s way of handling such a loss, according to “The Bustle in a House,” was to sweep up the heart and put love away, for “we shall not want to use [them] again until Eternity.”  To her, the loss was so profound, so painful, that it was best to shut off all thoughts and emotions for that person.  Yet, by doing so, one must shut off all memories associated with that person.  Not a very good trade off.

I believe that when a loved one dies, it forces us to accept our own mortality.  We then have to answer the challenge—do we stop lollygagging, wasting time as if we had a million years, moving about in a cloud of ignorance, trampling on the feelings of those about [us] (Our Town), or do we embrace the time we have left?

Yet, we spend a good chunk of our time either looking toward the future or into the past, failing to place emphasis and attention on the present.  Death pulls us back to the now, reminding us that a person’s lifespan is uncertain.

In Act V of Macbeth, he says,

                        Out, out, brief candle!

Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player

That struts and frets his hour upon the stage

And then is heard no more.

Shakespeare was inarguably a genius.  A person’s life, a brief candle, is transient.  It can be snuffed at any time and, if not extinguished while burning, it will eventually burn out, regardless.  When we do not fully participate in life, we are poor players of life, mere shadows.  I acknowledge, though, that it is not possible to be truly within each moment one hundred percent, without daydreaming, marking time, or indulging in the myriad of emotions, actions, and wasted time of which life consists. Indeed, at times, we indulge ourselves with petty emotions, small events, often overwhelming and superceding much more profound, albeit more subtle, moments in life.  We distract ourselves with the intricacies of nothing—the importance of inconsequential moments—and in the process lose precious time which we cannot retrieve. We still live in this world, often living life in an automatic haze, and then suddenly we are reminded that the clock is ticking, and that we too will die one day.  If there is any lesson one can learn by a loved one’s death, it is to live life to the fullest extent.

The other morning, I perceived two ravens flying in concert past a building.  I then realized that it was one raven and its shadow.  The shadow was so sharp, so exact, that my eyes were deceived.  That shadow, in that moment, was as real to me as the raven partaking in this reality.  It struck me that we are shadows of our Higher Selves.  When we are totally present and in the moment, we seem as real, as solid and as substantial as our spirits are in their planes of existence.  And so it goes when we hear another person’s “story,” her reality, and make it our own story.  It becomes our reality.

After Nana’s death, certain stimuli would produce her visage in my mind’s eye.  For example, I taught for ten years at an inner-city high school.  Across the Commons (a grassy area surrounded by the main thoroughfares on both sides) stood the Greek orthodox church where my grandmother attended everyday before her death.  Whenever a funeral or memorial service occurred, the bells would toll.  With their reverberations came thoughts of Nana.  During the first few years after her death, these thoughts consisted of Nana’s fearful look in ICU.  As time passed, however, this image transposed to other, more pleasurable visions.  Now, when the senses are triggered, I see Nana laughing.  I attribute this change to processing the grief I originally experienced.  So, hope exists, as does the ability to rebound from heartbreak.

The senses can be easily impressed when placing belief in a thought.  Scented candles can trigger the olfactory senses, creating sensual stimuli.  Suddenly, I am tasting the crispness of cinnamon apple slices, touching the velvety texture of rose petals, or hearing the ocean waves crash against the rocks.  Our beliefs, thoughts, and experiences remind us that we smell only a candle.  However, without such knowledge and discernment, ours senses may interpret “reality” differently.

I recently heard that singers use different types of microphones to enhance their voices.  I must admit that I felt a bit cheated when I realized that performers use special microphones to manipulate how they sound.  How can we trust our auditory senses when what we hear from a stage performer is different from how she sounds without the microphone?  Conversely, I also understand that having the ability to use modern technology to present talent in the best possible way is a positive development since the talent must exist in order to be enhanced.

Similarly, athletes use the latest advances to aid them in their competitions, such as skis, bicycles, sneakers, and outerwear.  Even with the addition of these tools, athletes must take care of their bodies in order to complete their goals—in this case, winning the competition.  Likewise, performers must nurture their vocal chords and hone their performances in order to entertain their audiences.  I wonder, though, why we need such enhancements.  As a society, how did we become so demanding that these performers and athletes must manipulate their talents? Expectations, that sense of entitlement many hold close to their hearts like a badge of honor, can be damaging to those who expect, as well as to those who are expected to deliver.  But, that is a discussion for another time.

 FIRE THE GRID:

A Reiki Treatment for Gaia on July 17th!

Dear Friends,

A few months ago, I came across a website that I 'knew' I was meant to visit.  I also knew that my fellow Lightarians would want to be part of such a project.

Lloyd Kremer was kind enough write the following so we could all be inspired to participate.  I look forward to connecting with all of you on the 17th.

Many blessings in the LIGHT,

Peggy Zeramby

By Lloyd Kremer:  For thousands of years, seers, prophets, and indigenous peoples throughout the world have foretold of a New Age: a time of planetary awakening and the raising of global consciousness.  The hippies called it the Age of Aquarius.  Edgar Cayce called it the Christ Consciousness.  The Mayans called it the Age of the Sixth Sun.  It has been called the Omega Point and Timewave Zero, and it's described in the Book of Daniel and the Gospel of Matthew.  That time is now.

Shelley Yates was unaware of this cosmic plan until she and her young son Evan drowned in a flooded marsh in November of 2002.  As this self-described angry atheist was trapped in a submerged car and inhaling frigid water, a voice spoke to her: "Relax.  Stop fighting the water or we won't be able to get you back."  As she gave herself over to the water and left her body, she found herself in a crystalline room high in the clouds.  Three beings explained that they had arranged that both she and her four-year-old son could survive, but that she must follow their instructions exactly.

By a series of remarkable coincidences, she was retrieved from the car fifteen minutes later.  After several minutes of resuscitation, she awakened fully alert and said, "Get my baby out of the lake!"  By the time the child was recovered, he had been under water for almost thirty minutes.  They were taken to separate hospitals.  Remarkably, her vital signs stabilized within half an hour, at which point she stood up and declared, "I'm going to see my son now.  You better find me some clothes or I'm going naked."

Upon arrival at Children's Hospital, she found her son on complete life support.  The doctors advised her to say her goodbyes and let him pass, since he was brain dead and there was no hope of survival.  At this darkest hour, as soon as she had a moment to herself, the voice from the lake spoke to her again.  "Fill it up!".  Fill what up?" she thought.  She then had a clear vision of an old oaken bucket with a silvery blob of fluid in the bottom.  As she looked around at other people, each was surrounded by a field of light.  She thought, "Are those... auras?"  She then heard the sound of a bell: "Ding ding ding!"  She was communicating with the Beings of Light.  It was Bob Barker style, but it was communication.

She understood that she was to arrange for hundreds of people to go through Evan's hospital room and lay their hands on his body to donate some of their life force, for exactly three days.  But only twenty minutes each, or the donors would deplete themselves.  Each person must then share a gift of their greatest joy: tell a story, sing a song, read a children's book, or whatever they chose.  And there must be no negativity of any kind.  She called everyone she knew.  People came from hundreds of miles away.  Shelley was told that music would facilitate this process.  Although Evan was comatose, his time was divided into waking and sleeping.  During his "awake" time, they played his favorite music, Aerosmith and Bon Jovi.  During his "sleep" time, they played Mozart.  There was a horrid stench in the room from the putrefying flesh, but not one person mentioned it.

Seventy-two hours later, Evan awoke and recognized his mother.  Today he is an active, healthy, normal child, the biggest in his class.

But the Beings of Light were not through with Shelley.  Several months later she heard the voice again: "What you did for a dying boy with a small group of people, you can do for a dying planet with a much larger group."  The miracle had apparently been a demonstration.

Shelley understood that she was to recruit as many people as possible—millions, hopefully—to join in Love and Gratitude at a specific time, and channel the Life Force back into our planet.  The Earth needs a gigantic Reiki treatment!

In this remarkable way was the Fire the Grid project born.  Please join us on July 17, 2007 at 11:11 Greenwich Mean time (go to http://www.firethegrid.org/eng/home-fr-eng.htm to determine the exact time for you).  On that day, the Earth will pass through an energetic burst from the Galactic Center.  The numerology of that date is certainly powerful: 11:11 07/17/07.  In choosing to participate you will be defining your intentions to the universe and you will also be defined as a human who desires positive change for this planet.

There are several ways to participate on that date.

One is prayer and meditation.  But if traditional prayers are not your thing, use what brings you your highest joy and deepest gratitude.  If a full moon rising over a lake evokes those feelings, then imagine such a scene.  If a tiny kitten asleep on a pillow does it, then use that.  The key is to elicit your purest joy, and then to have gratitude for being alive in the Earth at this time.  Finally, if your schedule or your time zone won't permit you to participate at 11:11 Greenwich Time, you can write a letter to yourself beforehand, giving your soul permission to connect at that time.  And be sure to sign it and place it by your bed; your intention will go into the paper.

Participants will get a permanent energy boost equivalent to ten years of meditation.  The body's vibration will be raised in accordance with the intention of the participant, and it will be tied off at that point.

The website for the project is www.firethegrid.org.  The symbol for the project is three vertical stones with a horizontal capstone.  This carries an encoded message for the soul.  Those of us who feel guided to participate in the project made that decision before entering this incarnation.  The symbol is a programmed wake‑up call for our soul: "The time is now."

As millions of people around the globe participate simultaneously, the grid will fire up in sections.  First it will fire at one location, then another, and another, until all the independent firing points connect, and the grid reactivates planet-wide.

Lloyd Kremer is a Reiki Master/Teacher, a metaphysical lecturer and writer, and an Ambassador for the Fire the Grid project.  He lives in Virginia Beach.

Featured Licensee....

Sharron Brooks, Australia and New Zealand

Hello, I am Sharron from Australia and like you I am embracing a shift in personal, planetary and holistic, heart-centred consciousness. Perhaps through a short trip into my background info, I can help you to know a little more about me..........

As a young child I recall being able to know and sense things outside of the normal five senses... with various memories of childhood events still appearing quite clear in my mind. Perhaps the earliest recall was surrounding the passing of my grandfather (when I was seven), and then later with my uncle (when I was eleven) ... I feel these were two of the more prominent early moments in my life that elicited an opening, into an emerging ability that my psyche did not question... just accepted as a child does.

I was at a piano lesson at the time of Grandfather’s passing, perhaps it was the sound of my playing that attracted him to me... anyway, it was the perfect place and time to say goodbye. I smile these days when I think of my piano teacher’s facial expression when I suddenly stopped playing my music in favour of beginning a conversation with what would have appeared to her, as an empty space.  Later when Uncle Syd passed, again the images and perceptions came to me. At the time I didn’t really understand why they looked the way they did or why I could see them when others could not,  I just continued to sense and feel their presence as light emitting through a transparency... with my childlike mind simply accepting this without question, as a parting gift of love. This gift of sight I remember had rather a disquieting affect upon my family and peers, and so, over time I became silent, as the presence of spirit slowly faded from my mind until my mid teenage years, when the sadness of parting with beloved friends, rekindled my abilities once more.  I began again to sense and feel their ethereal images as they began their journey back into Spirit. Oh! So bittersweet I recall.

Some years later... perhaps my 18th year, I was a passenger in the front seat of a car that was rear ended. I remember seeing a flash of light when the back of my head hit the metal hand-bar that was across the bench seat. The next thing I felt was a tugging feeling and then being suspended horizontally on the inside roof of the car looking down at my body. I remember extending my arm out in front of me and looking on in awe as it shimmered in the same way I had seen the spirit-bodies of those who had passed-over. It was a strange feeling, calmness bathed me. Everything seemed to move in slow motion as my cousin and friend spoke and tried to rouse me. The next thing I was back in my body and searing pain was my shooting through my head. And so began the quest to fathom what had happened in the car and why I could perceive what others around me could not.

The car accident left me with considerable neck and back discomfort. In my early 20’s my search for pain relief for the constant migraines progressed into healing and energy therapies, first as a recipient and student, then as a practitioner and teacher. In 1986 I began what was soon to become a passionate interest in Alternative Medicine and Healing Therapies. Over time I have been blessed to have witnessed and participated in many extraordinary healing events... with my studies extending from an early Diploma in Swedish Massage Therapy and Hands-On and Projected Healing to the Lightarian Programs of today. Through my quest for knowledge and the need to understand my place in the cosmic dance, I discovered spirit guides and teachers, Ascended Masters, Angels... all extraordinary, all opening many different pathways that would extend my boundaries to embrace the In-Lightenment of my ever-changing life-perspectives... both personally and publicly.

Over the years I have learned to expect the unexpected; to release the old ways and allow myself to step off the precipice of the tried and true in order to experience the bounty of what life has to offer. My passion is people and I enjoy teaching and sharing the many discoveries, thoughts and ideas that have come my way.  My life-changes, in conjunction with my intuitive skills help bring me insight and clarity, as I experience the expanse of my spiritual journey. Some of the more pleasurable pursuits that give enormous satisfaction are, personal journaling, enjoying the reflective flashes of 'first thought writing', graphic-art and pastel drawing.

My life can be described as atypical... and ‘Blessed’ is a good description of where I am right now. My greatest love is being a wife, mother, grandmother and daughter. I am both carer and wife to the most wonderful gentle man who is the light of my life, and between us we have 7 adult children and 8 grandchildren. I have been gifted two wonderful, kind, loving and caring parents, whose wellspring of wisdom and knowledge helped form the cornerstone of values that have carried me through, to today.

My inner-guidance asserts that we as a collective humanity are multi-dimensional Beings of Light essentially designed with innate abilities that far transcend the currently known and accepted five senses. They say an important step in the process of Self-discovery and personal growth is in experiencing a connectedness with our Soul-Essence and awakening to our Soul-vision. We are Infinite Beings they say, each leaving an energy imprint in the sands of time whilst in physical body, and through the exploration and resolution of pre-conditioning and beliefs, we awaken to the limitless possibilities of who We are.

Blessings

FOUNDERS' NOTE:

Savoring Physicality…

Baking with love and then enjoying the results!

by Christopher and Jeannine Jelm

We humans are both Spirit and Body and, as such, are unique in that we have the gift of being able to enjoy physical things in an enhanced and special way.  One must not discount being physical while en route to becoming more spiritual by focusing on raising one’s personal vibration.  Our physical bodies are not just sterile, neutral vehicles for Spirit, but are, in fact, the individual’s ultimate, personal manifestation and expression of Spirit in this physical plane.  We are all ultimately meant to become the “new human species,” where the physical body is in total harmony with Spirit.

However, at this point in humanity’s evolution, for most people on the planet, the reality of being in total sync with mind, body and Spirit has not yet been fully achieved.  Meanwhile, each of us can still appreciate the joys of being in physicality through the simplest, most satisfying of human experiences!

One beautiful and wonderful way to savor physicality is through baking…and then enjoying the results!  There is an opportunity to not only enjoy the “fruits of the Earth” but an opportunity to infuse love into the process.  We chose to discuss baking in this article, because it gives us an opportunity to talk about our favorite foods – chocolate goodies made with love.

Well, right there are our two secret ingredients to really wonderful baked goods.  First and foremost is baking with love…baking only when you enjoy it or just want to relax.  Never bake when you are upset or angry.  Remember….your energies do get infused into the treats.  Also, use only the finest ingredients and organic ones whenever you can.  The quality of the baked goods will reflect the quality of the ingredients you put into them.  Look at it as a work of art that you are constructing or a gift you are making – whether it is just for yourself or for someone else.

We really love our second secret ingredient…good dark chocolate!  We, but Jeannine especially, always resonated with the old saying that “Chocolate is the food of the Gods” but she updated it to “Dark Chocolate is the food of the Gods.”  From our perspective, eating chocolate is a joyous privilege in this earthly plane.  And, of course, like anything else, it is always important to keep in balance with that “enjoyment.”

Another key factor in baking with love is to “keep things simple.”  Over the years, we have discovered that chocolate dessert recipes with the simplest ingredients were usually the best.  Jeannine used to bake elaborate desserts and, over time, as we simplified our lives in many, many ways, we also found ourselves naturally gravitating to simpler and less overly rich baked treats.  Fortunately, we found that simplicity does not sacrifice flavor!

Jeannine has a number of simple, super-enjoyable chocolate recipes that she has used over the past few years.  However, recently, she has shifted away from our previous favorites of brownies and chocolate chip cookies over to making a truly simple Easy Chocolate Cupcake.  This cupcake recipe, although easy to make using very simple ingredients, yields a rich flavor and dense texture, especially when served cold…right out of the refrigerator.

J’s Easy Chocolate Cupcakes no butter

Best refrigerated for a more intense chocolate flavor and rich dense consistency.

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups organic all purpose flour

¼ cup unsweetened, organic or good quality cocoa powder (non-alkalized)

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon good quality fine sea salt

1 cup organic cane sugar

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract, non GMO

1 organic egg

6 Tablespoons good quality, extra virgin olive oil (organic if can)

1 cup cold (chilled) good quality drinking water

Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C).  Grease & flour (or use unsweetened cocoa like I do) six large Muffin cups OR 8 or so cupcake size tins.

2.  Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl.  Add the sugar.

3.  Mix the egg, vanilla, olive oil, and water separately.  Then add, in 2 or 3 stages, to the flour/sugar mixture and mix well after each.  Pour into the muffin or cupcake tins, filling about ¾ full.

4.  For large muffin size tins, bake for about 23-24 minutes – until top is springy.  For smaller cupcake size tins, bake about 20 minutes until top is springy.  Cool in tins on wire rack for 15 minutes.  Remove from tins and cool for approximately 30 minutes. Then store in tight container or wrap airtight and refrigerate before eating.  After several hours or overnight will develop the more intense flavor and dense consistency. Keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.  Note:  No icing really needed, but for those who prefer a richer cupcake, put a little ganache on top or drizzle with a little melted chocolate.  Also good with a little whipped cream or ice cream.
