The "end of the year time" always seems to stimulate "a look back"
and "a look forward" for us...so we decided to
share some of our perspectives about the Year 2003 drawing to a close and the Year 2004
approaching with all its promise.
2003 has been a relatively quiet year with tremendous levels of inner planes
reorganization taking place for both of us. Based on discussions with friends and feedback
from students and clients over the year, we would also say that many of you, if not most
of you, have been experiencing the same "inner" times. With this in mind, we
have been guided to call 2003 "the year of consolidation"
because so many Lightworkers have been continuing on with their processes of clearing,
healing and activation...all so strongly associated with personal spiritual development
and the integration of higher energies into the human energy fields. Through this ongoing
inner refinement of our energies, during 2003, we have all been continuing our preparation
for carrying and working with more and more Light.
It seems that 2003, for many of us, was not a very strong year for outward-directed
activity in typical physical ways. You may have found very little drive or ambition to
launch new projects or even keep up with your existing routine commitments. It may have
been a time for deeper, inner planes reshuffling of energies...creating a distinctly
"inner" rather than "outer" focus for you.
To us it feels like this inner process of "consolidation" perfectly describes
the infusion of greater levels of Higher Self connection that, to one degree or another,
each of us is experiencing. As more of your Higher Self is able (based on your ongoing
personal clearing and healing) to integrate further into this plane, it takes time and an
inner focus to anchor it in...to get comfortable with the new and higher vibrational
energies within you. It seems to us that this "consolidation within" is all part
of the natural progression for the human ascension process taking place on the planet
right now....and to us, it has been the major theme for the year 2003.
Earlier this year we wrote an article about "Inspiration and invitation"
based on ideas received from Ascended Master St. Germain about the manifestation process.

) The article describes the simple ways that we can move to action to manifest in physical
terms by following our "inspirations" and responding to those
"invitations" that come our way. We feel that the "consolidation"
process of 2003 was an important and essential phase to go through...but it is safe to say
that, for many of us during the year 2003, we may have been a bit under-inspired and
infrequently invited. It was truly a time for deep inner work!
As 2003 comes to a close, we look forward to the Year 2004 with an
exciting new perspective. We "see" the beginning of a dramatic turn to the
"outer" for those Lightworkers who have moved far enough through their inner
processing to be able to participate in what we are calling "the new era of
collaboration." To us, it feels like "collaboration" is the
dominant operative theme beginning in 2004 and continuing on for a number of years to
come. We envision that this collaboration will be developing in two principle ways:
[1] Collaboration will be heightened between Lightworker groups and organizations and
among individual Lightworkers in physical terms, as many of the visionary programs and
projects that have been imagined and predicted will begin to be made manifest. These
physical, tangible results of the preparation and hard work of so many Lightworkers over
so many years will create a dramatic surge in the spreading of Light on the planet...all
to increasingly support the global, human transformation.
[2] The second and perhaps even more exciting aspect of "the new era of
collaboration" deals with the manner by which humans will begin interacting
with celestial energies. For years here at the Institute, we have known that the Ascended
Masters, Angelic Beings and the high-vibrational extraterrestrials have formed a
"trio" of ongoing celestial support for humans. Also, as many of you know, the
Masters and members of the Angelic Realms have long been linking with us via the
Lightarian attunements. But we anticipate a much broader, bolder form for the
"collaboration" that we see beginning in 2004. Here is an brief excerpt from
Chapter 2 of our book New Humans, New Earth (published in 2001) that speaks about
these possibilities for broader collaboration....
In this latest phase, humans are beginning to step into their own divine power and are
entering into a more healthy, cooperative, interdependent relationship with the celestial
realms. ....... Most humans are still experiencing the earlier phases of our evolutionary
process, while some are advancing on the leading edge...moving excitedly into the phase of
building more conscious interdependency with the divine realms around us.

We are envisioning "the era of collaboration" to be all about this idea of "building
more conscious interdependency with the divine realms around us."
Ultimately, over time, we feel that this conscious interdependency will manifest for
humans as we begin to participate together, with full awareness, with the Masters, Angels
and extraterrestrials in expanded, higher-vibrational programs and projects to support the
global ascension...just as we might be working with other Lightworkers physically.
Ultimately, these interactions will have a sense of direct reality about them...being just
as real as if you might have a physical meeting with a Lightworker friend to work on a
project together. These interactions will transcend the channeling of these energies,
"feeling them" in the space or having intuitive notions and knowings about them.
Ultimately, these very real, direct experiences with our supportive celestial friends will
become the basis for Heaven truly becoming manifest on Earth!
An essential doorway must be entered before humans will be able to handle these higher
vibrational levels of collaboration with the members of the celestial realms...it's the
doorway into being peers with these celestial energies. As we grow and expand our sense of
Self as humans, a time will come when the human vibration of a particular individual will
be high enough to allow that person to establish a peer-relationship with these energies.
As we all move through the challenges of these ever-changing times, we are each moving in
this direction...each at our own unique pace...toward eventually becoming a Higher Self in
this plane, so that we can finally work with our celestial friends and supporters as
equals. This state of personal human evolution will represent the ultimate
"consolidation" as discussed earlier. At that point, the ascension process for
Gaia and her humanity will reach the acceleration rate needed to carry the process to
completion.
So, 2004 looks to us like the beginning of an exciting time...opening
the space for a new era....that will usher in earthly-celestial collaboration never before
experienced here. As a collective body of Lightworkers, years of preparation work and
perhaps frequent periods of frustration with the ascension process will be behind us. For
some, interactions with the Masters, Angels and extraterrestrials will become as routine
and real as meeting with a friend in the physical...perhaps to discuss a new healing
method to be created or some new technology to be invented. All possibilities exist!
We hope "our perspectives on 2003 and 2004 and beyond" will be of some help
and possibly some inspiration for you.
And we would like to take this time to wish you peace and joy during the many sacred
holidays celebrated in different parts of the world...and prosperity and abundance during
the coming year!

On the eve of possible US military action against
Iraq, many of you may be asking..."Where is the Light on this
planet?"..."Are we getting the job done in support of the spiritual
transformation of humanity and Gaia?" As challenging as these times may be, our
perspective is that the job of personal and planetary transformation is definitely moving
forward, but it just isn't unfolding in ways that most of us would consider full of joy
and Light.
This is simply the time for each of us to strengthen our resolve and dedication to our
respective forms of transformational work. We have often mentioned that our picture for
the coming times involves the principle of "the Light getting lighter while the 'less
than Light' drop even lower in vibration." Via an excerpt from New Humans, New Earth,
we offer you more about this idea in the section immediately below.
This is also simply a time for you to hold your focus in the Light while becoming more
the observer of the unfolding planetary transformational drama. Holding your focus of
unconditional love and non-judgment for all parties in the unfolding drama may be a
difficult task right now...but it is the job that we have come to do. To carry our Light
and share our Light on Earth in the current and coming times will require this commitment
to being the loving participant in life's drama (in whatever ways you are inspired to
partake) while elevating yourself to be that unconditionally-loving, non-judgmental
observer.
As the global energies lift in vibration and strengthen in magnitude via the planetary
ascension process, the challenges of being a Lightworker will also begin to accelerate.
So, we encourage you to hold and share your Light as you continue to anchor in more of
your Higher-Self energies in the cause of the global/human ascension process that is
taking place!

* What's going on right now...an excerpt from our book "New Humans, New
Earth"
When we published our book a few years ago, we included many ideas about the current
and coming times that seem to be playing out. We see the ongoing development of terrorist
activities and the unfolding potential military action in Iraq as dramatic examples of the
principle of the Light getting lighter while the "less than Light" becomes more
deeply entrenched in its shadow experience. Here is an excerpt from Chapter 6 of our book
which provides a little background about this principle.
....with all these changes happening around us, many of us will be moved to lift
our vibrations, while others will remain stuck and "fall behind." We will be
challenged at our deepest "inner levels" and those who fall behind will find
themselves energetically out-of-sync with Gaia, resulting in further stresses on their
etheric energy structure. Under these kinds of etheric stresses, the "shadow
side" of human behavior may well be dramatically triggered and exposed.
The major focus for humans will not be about "coping with" outer changes,
such as day-to-day life regarding family, relationships, work, economic and political
disruptions, or even the long-predicted major physical Earth changes. Rather, the process
will shift dominantly to stimulating humans to focus, more intensely than ever before, on
their inner-planes challenges - namely, dealing with their own "stuff."
At first, the effects of this shift will take the form of exaggerated outer
expressions of emotions, especially resentment and anger. The general level of
confrontation, intolerance, fighting, and war-like behavior may increase. More so than
ever before, "man's inhumanity to man" may manifest in many areas around the
world. Eventually, for those out-of-sync with the transformation process, there will be a
turning inward of negative energies, leading to greater levels of inner turmoil, dis-ease
and perhaps even transition from this plane.
Fundamentally, this shift of energetic focus for humans, this turning inward, will
represent the ultimate "wake-up call" for humanity. During these most
challenging of times, humans will have the opportunity to "self-select" and make
their choices about moving to the Light or staying in their "shadow"
experiences.
From our last few issues of the Lightarian Perspectives you may recall that we see the
transformation for humanity unfolding as definite phases of spiritual process...just as
"personal" spiritual development moves through the phases of empowerment,
clearing, healing, activation and manifestation. As most of you know, this five-phase
process tracks the five aspects of the Lightarian Rays. If you'd like to review the

From our perspective, we sense that the current global situation represents a major
advancement of the "empowerment phase" for humanity. We see the United States
working through and learning from issues regarding the appropriate use of power. Other
countries seem to be manifesting enhanced levels of self-empowerment as they reject the US
inducements to join the potential conflict with Iraq, despite possible recriminations from
the US.
We encourage you to witness the global drama through the lens of the "empowerment
phase" in order to better understand the background driving force for the process and
the potential lessons to be learned.
OCTOBER 2002
* On the planetary level... Here's an
update on the energetic "Flip" that Gaia experienced on August 16th and its
impacts on humanity, in general, and Lightworkers, in particular.
It has been a few months since the energetic "flip" for Gaia took place in
mid-August. Enough time has gone by for us to develop a good picture of the nature of
Gaia's flip and the potential energetic effects for both Herself and for humanity.
Basically, the flip was a dramatic, energetic attunement for Gaia with the energies of
Ascended Master Buddha and was the equivalent of Gaia receiving the Lightarian Healing
Ray. Certainly, the energies of Ascended Master Buddha have long been active
here...working both with humanity and Gaia herself for eons of time to lift the spiritual
vibration and stimulate the healing process. So the question is...What happened on August
16th that was any different?
To answer this question...here's a little background. In our last few Perspectives, we
introduced ideas about the five spiritual processes of empowerment, clearing, healing,
activation and manifestation (as characterized by the five Lightarian Rays for
individuals)...and discussed, in principle, the application of these same five processes
to the spiritual development of Gaia and humanity.
For Gaia, our perspective is that She was propelled into her "empowerment
phase" during the World War II period and has been energetically receiving ongoing
support from her own Higher Self energies, the Angelic Realms, the Celestial Masters and
the more spiritually-advanced extraterrestrials ever since. Her empowerment process still
continues on as the phases of clearing and now healing have been stimulated. We have
learned that the "clearing phase" for Gaia was initiated at the time of the
Harmonic Convergence during August of 1987. Again, this represented an extraordinary
infusion of energies from these same celestial resources, but the focus at that time was
to stimulate the clearing of Gaia's etheric fields....with the energies of Ascended Master
El Morya taking on a leading role. And in August of this year, on the fifteenth
anniversary of the Harmonic Convergence, the "healing phase", dominantly
orchestrated by Ascended Master Buddha, was launched for Gaia. A new, unique connection
was made by A.M. Buddha with Gaia this August that could not have been accomplished
before.
To better understand the timing for the "flip"....many of you have seen the
following phrases in print before (as they apply to the individual)...probably in one of
our Lightarian training manuals:
Simply stated, our Lightarian perspective regarding personal spiritual
development is that...
* self-empowerment is the starting point for the spiritual awakening
process,
* then, the clearer you become, the more effectively you can heal,
* the more you clear and heal, then the greater can be your rate of personal energetic
activations,
* all leading to a greater ability for you to manifest a higher level of service in the
Light in your life!
So, we now understand that a unique opportunity finally existed around August 16th for
launching the "healing phase" for Gaia, simply because enough self-empowerment
by Gaia had been accomplished over the last 55 to 60 years and enough clearing had been
accomplished by Gaia over the last 15 years. These spiritual development processes appear
to take plenty of time at the planetary level, certainly much longer than at the personal
level. So...Gaia was ready and Ascended Master Buddha stepped in to create new levels of
energetic healing support for Gaia that were not possible before.
Here's our simple perspective about the healing process:
Healing is simply a word we use to describe the process of change and
transmutation from one condition, generally an undesired one, into another condition which
has more desirable qualities such as love, vitality, physical health, emotional well-being
and the like. Applying this idea broadly, healing can be accomplished in relationships, at
the office, within the mental and emotional etheric bodies, within the physical body, by
peoples in a country and within your etheric soul group. In a sense, healing is simply a
return to a state of balance and wholeness within any energetic structure that had
previously been experiencing some level of stress, discomfort, debilitation or dis-ease.
Therefore, we broaden the idea even further, as we envision the healing process (simply
about coming back into balance) taking place for Gaia at the physical/etheric planetary
level in a more accelerated way since the "flip" on August 16, 2002.
* On the level of humanity... Here's
more on our perspective about the transformational phases we are collectively going
through.
Possible impacts on humanity, in general.
We understand that as Gaia comes into greater balance, an enormous amount of
"spiritual pressure" and higher vibrational impetus will be generated for
humanity, in general, to do the same...namely to return to balance and wholeness. Based on
the further lifting of Gaia's vibration (with the focus now more than even on the
acceleration of her healing), humanity will feel an urgency...a new level of drive and
stimulation...to move ahead with its own empowerment and clearing processes. However,
Earth humanity is not as far along in the overall development process as Gaia. The
"empowerment phase" for humanity was also launched during the World War II
period, but humanity has been slower to move along its collective path and only entered
into its "clearing phase" last year...as described more fully in our last issue
of the Lightarian Perspectives. So, Gaia's advancing vibration will be stimulating
humanity's clearing process all the more!
We envision that this acceleration of clearing for humanity will create ever-greater
stresses and strains on the very fabric of existence for all of us in a variety of
ways...and with varying levels of intensity. We see a dominant theme taking shape for the
next few years of humanity's clearing phase. This theme is based on the idea that
"deeper, stronger levels of etheric Higher-Self interventions" will begin to
take place. By this we mean that the Higher Self energy of a given individual will be
stimulated to operate in a more empowered way. With this ever-increasing level of
empowerment, a Higher Self may have a greater desire to self-intervene. So, for many
beings in physical body at this time, self-intervention (initiated from the Higher self
level) could be created in order to finally deal with challenging issues...very much like
a group of friends might create an "intervention" for an individual with a major
drinking or drug problem. In the same way, Higher Self might intervene to handle matters
differently...more powerfully and directly than ever before...for that individual
incarnation. For those operating with "less Light," Higher Self intervention
could dramatically shift their out-of-balance perspectives and action in life in order to
deal with an incarnational experience that is finally deemed "no longer working"
and/or "no longer needed." While there are always individuals leaving the
physical plane due to diseases, accidents, suicide, etc., there may be a step-up in these
kinds of scenarios for those who (on an unconscious level) may feel too far
out-of-alignment with the new, higher vibrations.
So, in general, we will probably witness a more dramatic playing-out of the extremes of
Light and "less Light" in our planetary experience. In simplistic terms, those
aligning with the Light will become "lighter" and those who are so far
out-of-balance may start to operate with even less Light than before. (From our
perspective, we consider what some call "the Dark" to be a part of the Light. In
other words, to us, "the Dark" is simply an "area of less Light" that
is working its way back into the whole, back to the One.)
So, this "flip" for Gaia back in August will be sending ripples out into
humanity that will dramatically challenge our abilities to handle vibrational change.
These powerful ripples will propagate outward into humanity for many, many months to come
- extending well into 2003 and beyond. For some time now, we have been receiving
information that "educational and transformational processes" are being stepped
up specifically for the Higher Self energies of those Earth-humans who are playing out the
"darker side" of less Light. This strategy represents a highly purposeful,
focused expansion of the empowerment process for these Higher Self energies . With new
awareness coming in and transformations taking place at the Higher Self levels for these
folks, the dysfunctional behaviors that have been tolerated and allowed over the many
years of dark, challenging human experience are no longer "required" to be
played out. As always, our learning lessons have usually embodied the idea of working
through these darker issues, so all of this was needed before....but is no longer needed
now as the global/human ascension process moves forward. The new strategy for these folks
is that their etheric energy support and sustenance via Higher Self will be diminished and
eventually eliminated. They may begin to experience decreased physical vitality and
disorientation, perhaps eventually leaving the planet through accidents, disease, suicide,
or even a "pulling of the plug" by Higher Self energies.
We feel it is important to note that no judgment should be made on those who are
playing in this "less than Light" arena. The spiritual principle to remember is
that all is perfect and all is as it should be. Everyone is working through their stuff -
even the "less than Light" folks. We are all part of the Divine...all part of
the Light spectrum. Some are simply playing at the extreme end of the spectrum where there
may be very little Light.
Possible impacts on Lightworkers, in particular.
Lightworkers have to deal with all of the energetic factors described above...PLUS this
important issue. This "flip" for Gaia will be stimulating the creation of
"serious and substantial strategy shifts for many Lightworkers." And we are
envisioning that some Lightworkers will be reaching advanced levels of understanding about
their work here and may come to the realization that they are finishing up their
particular projects in this physical plane. We see that these self-selected Lightworkers
will be leaving to take on other "assignments"...either continuing to provide
support for Gaia and humanity from strictly the etheric side or perhaps leaving the planet
to work elsewhere.
It is our understanding that this "departure process" for these self-selected
Lightworkers will generally be accomplished with a high level of awareness. We sense that
great care will be taken (via Higher Self orchestration of the necessary events or
processes), so that these individuals will leave in a more aware state, with an attitude
of conscious cooperation. Of course, many Lightworkers will be staying on to complete
their assignments...by choosing (either consciously or unconsciously) to "re-up"
and extend their stays. Also, as the vibrational level of the planet continues to rise,
even greater numbers of Lightworkers are joining in on the ascension experience
here...through the conventional incarnational birth path or via the walk-in process.

AUGUST 2002
* The August 16th "Flip"... Here's an important update on the
Ascension Process for Gaia and Humanity
Based on our channeling and visions over the last few months, we had been seeing an
"energetic flip" taking place for Gaia in August and, more recently, we have
learned that the timeframe for the "flip" will actually be a three day period in
mid-August from August 15th to the 17th. Our guidance is to set aside these three days for
quiet time...to view the 15th as a day of "preparation," the 16th as the actual
"flip" day and the 17th as a day for powerful integration. As a result of this
shift for Gaia, very strong transformational energies will be rippling outward
(vibrationally) to impact humanity for months to come.
Starting about three months ago, Jeannine received the following "downloads"
of channeled information and visuals, with more details filling in over the last few
weeks...
Initially, Jeannine was told of a powerful energetic activation for Gaia that would be
taking place sometime around the middle to end of August of 2002. The word
"flip" was used to best describe it verbally to her. She understood that Gaia
would be flipping into a new, higher vibrational state and that this next activation for
Gaia would ripple out to humans and become a powerful force for lifting the
"vibrational fabric of humanity" to even higher levels. Then, more recently, the
calendar month of August was shown to Jeannine...with three days "lit up" and
pulsating energetically - the 15th, 16th, and 17th. She knew that August 16th would be the
actual "flip day" with the 15th to be used as a day of quiet preparation and the
17th as a day for integration.
Jeannine saw the new energies of Gaia rippling outward to impact humanity, with effects
experienced differently by each person...with varying degrees of intensity, over varying
periods of time. Some vibrationally advanced individuals would be flipping in
synchronicity with Gaia...propelling themselves into a higher vibrational state of
"being and doing" in the Light within a very short period of time. Others would
be doing their own modified version of "flipping" perhaps over an more extended
period. And for some, she saw the equivalent of a metaphoric match being lit underneath
them to serve as a "push" or extra boost to help move them out of their
"stuckness." Jeannine also saw a host of celestial beings (Masters, Angels and
higher vibrational, spiritual ET's) encircling the Earth, standing ready to send powerful
beams of energies to humanity. This would be done to support humans as they deal with the
strong energetic ripples that will flow outward from Gaia following her vibrational flip
upward. Jeannine understood that this coming "flip" for Gaia (and the resultant
"boosting effect" to lift the "fabric of humanity" in tandem with her)
would be a significant event in the Gaia/Human transformation process. Gaia would be
propelled to new vibrational levels that, in turn, would trigger extraordinary
transformation within Earth humanity.
Later we realized that the intended flip day (August 16th) is the anniversary of the
Harmonic Convergence which occurred in 1987. We understood that this date was chosen for
the flip as a symbolic reminder and time of celebration for humanity regarding the
global/human transformation process that has been unfolding over the years!
From our Lightarian perspective, we have long known that Gaia and humanity are bound
together in the "global/human ascension process" that is taking place...bound in
such a way that both Gaia and humanity must be advancing somewhat together in the process.
Knowing that Gaia has been vibrationally ahead of humanity for some time now, the August
"flip" for Gaia is an indicator to us that humanity is now advancing more
strongly along its path of spiritual evolution. With humanity "making better
progress" along its collective spiritual path, Gaia is now free to accelerate her
process as she moves to her next level of etheric activation. Please remember that Gaia
and humanity must move together in this process. So, in a few days, we envision that Gaia
will be continuing to accelerate along her spiritual path...therefore, propelling all of
us toward becoming the "new humans" on the "new Earth" into which she
is evolving!
As we shared this information with a few of you already in a preliminary way, we have
found that others have also been intuitively feeling that "something big" would
be happening in August. We have been guided to refer to this special time in August as the
"flip." And we acknowledge that others may have a variety of different ways of
describing it, as we all do our best to collectively fill in the pieces to "the giant
cosmic jigsaw puzzle." So, we encourage you to tune in and see what feels right for
you regarding our visions and the resultant Lightarian Perspective about this coming
"flip" time. If you resonate with these energetic possibilities, you may want to
set aside as much time as possible, especially on the 16th, so that you can focus on what
may truly be an extraordinary global activation event. As with any energetic event, some
may not immediately feel or sense any obvious shifting - but changes nonetheless will be
rippling out to humanity, accelerating all of us (each in our own divine way with our
personal divine timing) along our paths toward experiencing the "Heaven on
Earth" that is coming!

From our perspective, we see the implementation of the "Grand Celestial Plan"
for the spiritual development of Gaia and humanity unfolding now at an extraordinarily
accelerated pace! But as described in our JUNE 2002 Lightarian Perspective (see
below), the "empowerment phase" of the program focusing on humanity began way
back in the mid-1940's during the World War II period. And a good timeline marker for the
start of the new "clearing phase" for humanity occurred only recently with the
events of September 11, 2001 here in the United States. So, we see that the spiritual
transformation cycle of empowerment-clearing-healing-activation- manifestation, as it
applies to humanity, has been an extended one...and is just now beginning to gather
momentum!
We all know how the impacts of the 9/11 terrorist attacks have triggered ripple effects
around the entire globe. In a sense, humanity has been propelled into a new paradigm of
"collective clearing," which all of us (to one degree or another) have been
experiencing at the individual level. Based on our Lightarian experiences, especially with
the Clearing Ray, we know that an acceleration of etheric cleansing and releasing must
take place, so that each of us can move ahead with our personal healing, activation and
manifestation processes. Likewise, as humanity advances collectively into its
"clearing phase", deep levels of cleansing and releasing will have to be taking
place over time. As we project to the global level what we already know is happening for
most of us at the personal level, we envision that dramatically challenging times lay
ahead for humanity!
Humanity, as a whole, will be pressed through the collective versions of physical,
emotional and mental clearing and detoxing that each of us has experienced as an
individual. For humanity, the coming times will require heightened levels of
introspection, self-examination, deep inner investigation, truth telling, assuming
responsibility, elimination of blaming and, in general, the releasing of addictive
behaviors and dysfunctional operating patterns. As we apply these ideas to humanity as a
whole, also imagine how specific nations and religious, ethnic and cultural groups will
have to go through these same kinds of challenging transformations. Businesses, academic
institutions, our medical systems and our basic political structures will eventually begin
to experience these necessary clearing processes, too.
As further background, here is an excerpt from Chapter 6 of our book with a chapter
title of Impacts of the Planetary Transformation on Humans which
describes the possible challenging scenarios for individuals. As mentioned above, these
same possible challenging outcomes can be projected out to the human collective...
....with all these changes happening around us, many of us will be moved to
lift our vibrations, while others will remain stuck and "fall behind." We will
be challenged at our deepest "inner levels" and those who fall behind will find
themselves energetically out-of-sync with Gaia, resulting in further stresses on their
etheric energy structure. Under these kinds of etheric stresses, the "shadow
side" of human behavior may well be dramatically triggered and exposed.
The major focus for humans will not be about "coping with" outer
changes, such as day-to-day life regarding family, relationships, work, economic and
political disruptions, or even the long-predicted major physical Earth changes. Rather,
the process will shift dominantly to stimulating humans to focus, more intensely than ever
before, on their inner-planes challenges - namely, dealing with their own
"stuff."
At first, the effects of this shift will take the form of exaggerated outer
expressions of emotions, especially resentment and anger. The general level of
confrontation, intolerance, fighting, and war-like behavior may increase. More so than
ever before, "man's inhumanity to man" may manifest in many areas around the
world. Eventually, for those out-of-sync with the transformation process, there will be a
turning inward of negative energies, leading to greater levels of inner turmoil, dis-ease
and perhaps even transition from this plane.
As many of us well know, doing clearing work can be very
challenging...requiring the highest levels of unconditional love, non-judgment and
spiritual support to help get us through the tough times. Humanity will need to
collectively create these same kinds of support...both from within and from the outside.
That's why there are such extraordinary levels of support being provided by the Angelic
Realms, the Celestial Masters and our highest vibration extraterrestrial friends. And
that's why so many Lightworkers, like you, have incarnated here at this time...all to
provide the essential support that humanity will require to make it through its
"clearing phase!"

We see the "Grand Celestial Plan" as the divinely orchestrated evolutionary
process for Gaia and humanity. It is playing out here on Earth at this time with the
Masters, the Angels and our high-vibration Extraterrestrial Friends all playing the roles
of supportive, etheric architects of the Plan. With all of this etheric background
support, many Lightworkers are playing out the roles of the builders, contractors,
sub-contractors and craftspeople who are here in the physical plane to anchor in the Plan.
This human, planetary ascension process has been going on for quite some time and the pace
for implementation of the Plan is accelerating.
We are sharing our current insights and broader understandings about the global
ascension process here and will also provide further information on a regular basis.
There's plenty to share, so we begin by building a simple "context" for better
understanding the global transformation that is underway.
You may be familiar with the Lightarian Rays
and how they embody the five basic forms of spiritual processing...empowerment,
clearing, healing, activation and manifestation. Of course, the five attunements with the
Masters for the Rays are delivered to individuals in order to stimulate and support the
spiritual development of the recipient. Now, just imagine that these same five spiritual
processes apply, in general, to the spiritual development of organizations of people,
group energies and even Earth humanity as a whole. Collectively, Earth humanity is moving
along its collective spiritual path, just as an individual moves through the five phases
of spiritual evolution.
As further background, here is a little bit of "energetic history," as
excerpted from Chapter 4 of our book with a chapter title of Mother Earth, her
History and her Future....
In very general terms, a celestial plan for the evolutionary process of
Gaia has been in place for millions of years. We are now reaching the end of the current
phase of this plan which began about 300,000 years ago. Over the last few hundred years,
there has been much preparation and anticipation for a major transformational step for
Gaia to be occurring during our current times...
A crisis in human experience during the early 1940's brought Gaia to an
energetic low point. During that time period, humankind on the planet was experiencing
tremendous strife with World War II, and the Jewish holocaust scenario was beginning to
play out. The vitality of human life on Earth had reached such a low point that its impact
was creating far too much stress on Gaia. In addition, advances in the development of
nuclear weapons were bringing mankind to the edge of its ability to freely create its
experience within our free-will experiment without destroying itself...
Based on the level of physical and etheric challenges experienced by the
Gaia/Human system, a new breakthrough strategy within the overall Grand Celestial Plan had
to be created to overcome this impasse. In the space of these circumstances, a unique form
of support for Gaia and humanity was created. Emanating from the highest levels within the
Godhead, an etheric call was issued asking for extraordinary action on the part of all
sentient beings concerned about the vitality and very survival of Gaia...
Over time since the 1940's, those humans here to assist in the
transformational process have taken various forms of action and been in ongoing
preparation for greater service. They have been a part of the body of Lightworkers here to
serve the planet and, in general, much has been accomplished through their efforts to
shift Gaia's and humankind's energies since the low times of the mid 1940's...
Based on the extraordinary, collective efforts made by many beings at many
levels, it is now recognized that sufficient shifts have occurred for Gaia and humanity to
enable both to move forward with the completion of the Grand Celestial Plan. Although
there is still much work to be done, our ascension transition is now considered
inevitable! What remains is for the basic principles and guidelines of the plan for our
personal and planetary transformation, so long under development in the etheric, to
finally become a physical reality.
So, from our Lightarian Perspective, we see the implementation of the new support
strategy during the 1940's as the launching of a new program for the
"empowerment" of humanity. It could be compared to an individual receiving the
Lightarian Empowerment Ray. As we all know, an attunement event is the launching point for
transformational process...and that is exactly what Earth humans have been going through
since the early 1940's. You could call World War II the "marker" for the
beginning of this final empowerment phase for humanity.
Now, from our point of view, humanity has just recently entered the
"clearing" phase of its transformational process and a good timeline
"marker" for this new phase was the events of September 11, 2001 here in the
United States. We all know how the impacts of those terrorist attacks have triggered
ripple effects around the entire globe. In a sense, humanity has entered into a new
paradigm, focusing on self-examination, investigation, cleansing and clearing of aspects
of ourselves that are no longer in resonance with the higher vibrational energies that are
anchoring in.
It took about 50 years from the start of the "empowerment" phase for the
"clearing" phase to begin to kick in. The good news is that we envision that the
"healing" phase will be starting by the end of this decade. The timeline
"marker" will probably relate to sweeping, breakthrough changes in the direction
of total peace throughout the Middle East...not just for Israel and Palestine or Pakistan
and India, but for the entire region including Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq. We see the
beginning of the "activation" phase following around the year 2012 with further
dramatic, vibrational shifts taking place for Gaia and the human collective. By the end of
the second decade of the new millenium, substantial aspects of the
"manifestation" phase will be developing as we begin to truly experience
"Heaven on Earth" in those places around the planet that are vibrationally ready
to receive it.
We offer you this broad-brush picture of the unfolding transformation for humanity in
terms of the five aspects of spiritual process and suggest the two historic
"marker" events that can be associated with the empowerment and clearing phases.
We hope that this picture of the global scene can serve as a "context" for you
to better understand and assess the details of your daily experiences as the pace of
change keeps accelerating.
As always, our sense of timing about the unfolding Grand Celestial Plan is envisioned
from our current vantage point. And, of course, with free will operating here on Earth to
the max, things can change because we are always creating our own future in this glorious
ascension process as we go along.

In general, people around the planet are feeling the intensification of the
overall global ascension process - the movement into a higher vibrational state
of being for all of us. Everyone seems to be in various stages of this process, and we
regularly receive comments from our teachers, students and clients worldwide about their
experiences as the planetary energies amp up! During this time of spiritual acceleration,
many are experiencing periods of intense etheric and physical processing, often followed
by a "void time." For some, this phenomenon may manifest as an uncomfortable
"in-between" state where you feel a little lost or empty. You may experience an
"offness" - where you simply feel a bit "off" or out of sorts, perhaps
a need to sleep a lot more, or a sense that nothing is happening spiritually for you. Your
meditations may not feel like they used to or your sense of self may be a little vague.
During these times the best you can do is to ride it out - to just be with it. It is not a
time for "doing", but more like a state of just "being."
Energetically, these times are unprecedented. Never before have the higher vibrations
of Spirit been able to integrate so effectively into the lower dimensions. With the
vibrations of Gaia and a "critical mass" of humans raising to such a high degree
now, the final stages of our global ascension/descension process have been allowed to
proceed. We would like to share some of our thoughts and perspectives about what this
ascension/descension process is all about in order to, hopefully, help you better
understand how you may be feeling. Here are some further comments on the subject.
Your Personal Ascension/Descension Process
Put very simply...the ascension/descension process is a series of transformational
stages through which you will be moving into progressively higher vibrational states of
being. This process involves the integration and merging of ever-increasing levels of your
Higher Self energies into your lower etheric fields and the physical body. As most of you
know from the Lightarian work, we see the clearing, healing and activating of the etheric
fields and the physical body as essential steps in the process of personal transformation.
With each ascension/descension stage comes potentially challenging processing and
releasing. And, in its more advanced stages, the overall process allows the etheric fields
to completely clear, heal and become activated...and allows the physical body to transform
into a truly refined vessel to house aspects of your Higher Self energies. We also call
this a process of descension, because your energies of Higher Self are able to descend
into the physical plane via your physical body at an unprecedented rate.
During all of this, you will be experiencing movement along your own unique,
personalized ascension path. With the advanced stages of ascension may come periods of
great challenge as you are clearing out the final remnants of old patterns and issues
rooted deeply in the physical body...we call this the "ungrooving" process. For

Also, via gentle dietary changes, you can stimulate the detoxing and healing of the
physical body to help it handle more Light, enabling it to bring in greater levels of
Higher Self energies. These two processes (ungrooving and detoxing) are the principle
factors leading to the "perfecting of the physical body." The importance of
these two processes and the challenges that can arise from them are not to be
underestimated.
On the emotional and mental levels, frustration can set in as many of the old ways of
doing things no longer work. This condition can precipitate a deep, inner exploration of
oneself. During these times, one may feel a sense of sadness or grief as old aspects of
the Self die away to clear the path for new energies to come in. Some call this "ego
death". In reality, your entire mental, emotional and physical structure will be
reworked as you move along your personal ascension/descension path.
As we mentioned in our introductory comments, when you move along your path, from time
to time, you will probably experience some aspects of the "void time." These are
the times of "pause" in the process...times for relaxation, enjoyment and
refreshment...times for more "being" rather than "doing". During these
times, that "sense of emptiness" is to be accepted in a light and blessed way,
so that Higher Self can descend and integrate smoothly into the new, open space that has
been created. Just as there is no way to anticipate how long or how deep your spiritual
processing time may be, the occasional void time will "have a life and duration all
its own".
During these times of potentially challenging change, we encourage you to be gentle
with yourself, to be more aware of what you take into your body, to continue to
"tune-in" to your body wisdom and be open to the changes that are manifesting in
and around you. Stay alert to "what works and what doesn't work for you in the
moment." Old success patterns may no longer be appropriate or effective during these
coming times. And with all this, strive to maintain your sense of joy and lightness as the
process unfolds for you.
